By BRIAN BRADSHAW, Associated Press WriterThe new study by the National Bureau of Economic Research found that American women have lower IQs than men, while they’re not as good at math as men.
It also found that men and women with similar IQs are different in their ability to work in a team.
This study comes as the Trump administration seeks to ramp up its outreach to women and minorities and the president has pushed for more restrictions on abortion rights.
“The study shows that IQ differences between men and men do not exist in the general population,” the researchers wrote.
“Instead, IQ differences exist in men and white women, and white men and non-white women.
Intelligence differences between the sexes are not limited to IQ, but extend to general intelligence, as well.”
The researchers analyzed data from the General Social Survey, the nationally representative American Social Surveys, the 2000 American Community Survey and the 2002 National Assessment of Educational Progress.
They also found evidence that IQ is correlated with socioeconomic status and educational attainment.
IQ is not the only factor that appears to affect women’s ability to do math.
It’s a more important factor than most think, the researchers noted.
Women’s scores on math-related tests are lower than men’s scores.
Women are more likely than men to take an exam that is not a test of verbal skills, and they are more than twice as likely to be given an oral exam.
They also are more educated and have more social and economic status than men.
IQ also appears to be a better predictor of job performance than other factors such as family income, education and job satisfaction.
The study was published in the July issue of the journal Intelligence. More News:
